This policy explains how Young-Cha, a delivery service operated by JPARK Holdings LLC, collects and uses personal information when you use this website and create an account.

When you create an account or submit an order request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, company address, account credentials, cart contents, order notes, and order-request history. We also retain technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to create and secure your account, fill future order requests, contact you about requests, deliver administrative and confirmation emails, maintain order records, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve the service.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not use your information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We share information only with service providers that operate website hosting, authentication and database services, and transactional email delivery, or when required by law. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us.

Retention and security

We keep account and order information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. We use access controls and service-provider security features, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Texas privacy rights and requests

Texas residents may request confirmation of whether we process their personal data; access to it; correction of inaccuracies; deletion; and, where applicable, a portable copy of data they provided. You may also opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Young-Cha does not sell personal data or use targeted advertising or this type of profiling.

To make a privacy request, email admin@myjsinfo.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Include your account email and the request type. We may verify your identity before acting. We will respond without undue delay and generally within 45 days; if additional time is reasonably necessary, we will notify you of the reason and extension.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” within 60 days. We will review the appeal and provide a written decision. If your appeal is denied, our decision will include information about contacting the Texas Attorney General.

Data minimization and sensitive data

We collect only information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice. We do not request or intentionally process biometric data, precise geolocation, health information, or personal data of known children. Do not submit that information through this website.

Children and changes

This service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our practices change; the updated date above will show when it was revised.
