Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Young-Cha, a delivery service operated by JPARK Holdings LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Service

Young-Cha lets business customers browse products and submit order requests. Product availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery timing are subject to confirmation. We may correct listing errors, limit quantities, decline requests, or update the catalog.

Order changes, cancellation, returns, and refunds

You may request an order change or cancellation until 6:00 PM Central Time on Friday of the applicable order week. After that deadline, the order is prepared for delivery and cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled.

Returns and refunds are generally not available for a change of mind or for products that have been opened. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or has another fulfillment issue, contact us promptly at admin@myjsinfo.com so we can review the situation.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the delivery location is unavailable, or another operational condition prevents Monday delivery, delivery may occur on Tuesday of the same week. We will notify you when a delivery schedule changes.

Your account

You must provide accurate account and company information, protect your password, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, submit false requests, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may change the service or these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to admin@myjsinfo.com.
